Global Missions

Go therefore and make disciples
of all Nations…

Our Mission

Disciples making disciples of Jesus Christ for the glory of God by the proclamation of the gospel and serving peoples of the world.

Our Vision

To see a gospel-centered church in Ogden and hundreds of other churches started in Utah and in unreached areas around the world.

Our Strategy

Given the urgency of the situation, our church’s primary focus is given to places where the gospel is not named or that are underserved with the gospel.
MISSIONAL ENGAGEMENTS

Develop and send short-term mission teams to partner with & encourage them.

MISSIONARY CARE

Prayerfully & generously support missionaries already laboring among unreached peoples.

MISSIONARY MOBILIZATION

Send mid- and long-term missionaries from among us to see His name known among the unreached.

Our Mission Field

South Asia

South Asia is home to diverse cultures, languages, and religions. In many regions, believers remain a small minority, and some communities have little exposure to biblical Christianity. Yet throughout the region, God is at work drawing people to Himself through local churches, faithful missionaries, and everyday acts of obedience.

We partner with a team with a major task in a region requiring reaching 11,769 villages and 25.4 million people! It requires broad discipleship training across our region to equip every believer for the work of ministry. Digital tools make evangelism, deep discipleship, and biblical literacy accessible to all. Side-by-side mentoring sets an example of boldness and faithfulness that will develop a lifetime of ministry based on house-to-house evangelism and discipleship.

Join us through prayer and financial support in this great endeavor! The Lord sees a harvest field here. Come and labor with us as a partner in this exciting work! Learn more here: https://www.imb.org/give/project/deserts-edge-team/

Central Asia

Central Asia is home to a rich blend of cultures, languages, and historic traditions, yet many communities remain largely unreached with the Gospel. In regions where Christianity is often unfamiliar or misunderstood, local believers can face isolation and limited access to biblical resources and discipleship.

At the same time, God is opening doors through relationships, hospitality, education, business, and community engagement. There is a growing need for encouragement, leadership development, and long-term Gospel presence that supports and strengthens local churches throughout the region. South/Central America

South and Central America are filled with vibrant cultures and deep spiritual interest, yet many communities continue to face challenges such as poverty, instability, addiction, family brokenness, and limited access to biblical discipleship and healthy church leadership. While Christianity may be culturally familiar in many regions, there remains a significant need for strong biblical teaching, discipleship, and Gospel-centered community support.

Through partnerships with local churches and ministries, there are opportunities to serve communities, invest in future leaders, support church planting efforts, and bring lasting hope through the Gospel. From urban neighborhoods to rural villages, the need for faithful, long-term ministry remains great throughout both regions.

United States – Domestic

Across the United States, communities are experiencing increasing loneliness, spiritual confusion, and disconnection from biblical truth. Many churches are under-resourced, underserved neighborhoods lack consistent support, and younger generations are growing up with little understanding of the Gospel.

Domestic missions provide opportunities to serve local communities through discipleship, outreach, church support, youth ministry, community care, and practical service. Whether in urban centers, rural towns, college campuses, or underserved neighborhoods, the need for faithful Gospel presence remains significant throughout the country.

Mercy & Justice Ministry

Redemption North Davis is committed to loving our neighbors as ourselves (Mt. 22:39) by seeking mercy and justice for all people, especially those who are vulnerable, marginalized, and oppressed (James 1:27; cf. 2:1–26).

In His grand design, God uniquely made man and woman “in his own image” (Gen. 1:26) and, thus, every man, woman, and child regardless of age, ethnicity, social or economic status, or ability bear His image and possess God-given personhood and value. Fulfilling all the Law and the Prophets, perfect mercy and justice were displayed in the person and work of Jesus Christ. (Lk. 4:17–18; cf. Isa. 61:1–2) He demonstrated to His disciples and to us what it looks like to “love your neighbor as yourself” (Mt. 22:39). As His Spirit-empowered and redeemed people, we as a church have committed to loving our neighbor—from “the womb to the tomb”—in word (gospel proclamation) and in deed (mercy and justice ministry) so that, in everything, we may “adorn the doctrine of God our Savior” (Titus 2:10).
