Redemption Kids exists to make disciples of kids, join together as members of the Redemption Church family to promote family worship, and mobilize kids and families as missionaries in a world that needs Jesus.

NURSERY
We offer a Nursery of volunteers who care deeply for our babies and toddlers during all three worship services. It is our aim to work closely with you as a parent to know how to care well for your child while they are in our care.
- 1st & 2nd Service Nursery – 0-2 years old
- 3rd Service Nursery – 0-4 years old
WORSHIP HOUR
We have a Children’s Worship Hour during the first service (8:45 AM) and the third service (11:15 AM). These times are devoted to teaching kids to sing praises to the Lord, enjoy fellowship together with other kids, and listen to God’s Word in an environment made for them.
- 1st Service Worship Hour is for 3 year olds – 2nd Graders
- 3rd Service Worship Hour is for 5 year olds – 2nd Graders
EQUIPPING HOUR
We have aged-divided classes for any child 3 years old through 6th grade during the second service (10:00 AM). During Equipping Hour, our gifted teachers lead the kids through The Gospel Project Curriculum in age appropriate ways for them to learn how the entire Bible points to the Lord Jesus. During class, your kids will be taught the story of the Bible through a lesson, crafts, and other educational activities to promote their learning.

- 2 & 3 Year Olds (This class works closely with our nursery to place children in the best environment for their growth).
- PreK – Kindergarten
- 1st & 2nd Grade
- 3rd & 4th Grade
- 5th & 6th Grade
MID-WEEK CONNECTION
On Wednesdays during the 2026-2027 school year, we have a 3rd-6th grade class from 6:30 – 8:00 PM. During this time, our teachers foster a relational environment to teach kids how to study and apply the Bible for themselves. We utilize the Explore the Bible Student Series to teach them to handle God’s Word faithfully.
We also have a Parent Equipping Night twice a month for you to collaborate with other parents in Bible study, discussion, and prayer over the successes and challenges of parenting. During the Fall 2026, our parents will work through a series called Effective Parenting in a Defective World. In the weeks that there is no Parent Equipping Night, Community Group will be held at the church building. There will always be a place for parents to plug in on Wednesday nights!
Parent Equipping Night
Children are an amazing gift of God that parents hold as a responsibility to steward well. Faithful parenting is about using every opportunity of life to teach your children to know and follow Jesus. That’s hard!
Parent Equipping Nights have been created for you to collaborate with other parents in Bible study, discussion, and prayer over the successes and challenges of parenting.
Time: Twice monthly on Wednesday Evenings from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Redemption Church – Ogden, Room 8
Kid’s Check-in & Safety
The safety of your children is a top priority of ours while your kids are in our care. We utilize a check-in/check-out system with a security tag for your child and for you. All volunteers are screened, background checked, and trained on safety policies and procedures. Our Kids Ministry Area and Classrooms are secured by our incredible Check-in Team.
What to Expect
Follow the Redemption Kids Check-in signs outside the church building down the sidewalk to the Kids check-in area. From there, you will be welcomed by one of our volunteers who can help you check in your kids, receive your security tag, walk your kids to their class, enjoy the worship service, and then pick up your children right after the service has finished. One of our volunteers will help you to check your kids out from the hallway inside the church building.
To make your first visit to Redemption Kids smooth, you can pre-register your kids here! You can also register your kids at the Check-in area on Sunday morning. However, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us, and we will try to answer as quickly as possible.
