01 May Jesus: Stumbling Block or Cornerstone (Romans 9:30-10:4)

Main Point:

God does not reward you with salvation because you are good. Rather, God rewards you with salvation because He is good.

1. Often, the wicked are closer to finding Jesus than the religious.
2. Jesus is either your tripping hazard or your cornerstone.
3. Zeal is no substitute for faith.
4. Religion creates an inferior standard of what is good.
