The Grace Of God Isn’t Permission To Sin; It’s The Power To Overcome Sin.

I. Salvation Is More Than A Transaction; It’s A Whole New Identity (6:1-4)

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. 2 Corinthians 5:17

Beloved, we are God’s children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is. 1 John 3:2

II. Our New Identity Revolves Around Who We Are In Jesus

III. Our New Identity Empowers Us To Live A New Life

The Grace Of God Provides The Power To Overcome Sin, Not A Reason To Wallow In It.
